FIRST PERSON EXHIBITION

FIRST PERSON EXHIBITION
First person exhibition is an online 3D display of personal artworks with the theme of “Intimacy of the Future”.

New age, new landscapes.

Isolation, expectation, complex relationship, trauma, identity, realization, traditions and histories, new life form – “Human” as a fragmented concept.

We… Human …I feel so small and unstable facing the ever-changing environment that we shaped and that shaped us: The Pandemic that closed down and opened up; Artificial Intelligence that includes and excludes.

What can we do other than looking into ourselves and reaching out to the ones we love? Are we any more (or any less) than the interactions we made, the kisses we placed on our parents’ cheeks, the tears we shed on our childhood pillows, the finger marks on our lovers’ soft skin, the secrets, the stories, films and poems.

Intimacy of the Now – is what I want to know

Stage 1 – First Person Singular explores Self-Intimacy.
The work visualized the depth and unpredictability of the self, the natural self, the artificial self.

Stage 2 – First Person Plural, presented by objects of senses, reflects Intimate experience with others.
Senses as the bridges from the inside to the outside.

Stage 3 – First Person Uncountable poses the question of Intimacy in response to the rise of Artificial Intelligence.
The relationship is articulated as an urge to comprehend that had been deranged by the uncontrollable, disrupted by the ungraspable, intervened by the uncountable.

The body that we are.

The empirical body – the eventual body.

A beautiful existence.

Standing in the intersection of new visual landscapes, let us think about the future of intimacy. Watch out for your own memories, those that have passed and those to come.
